Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return your purchase, you have 10 calendar days from the date you received your order to send it back to us.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please be aware that we photograph all items before shipping. Any wear on a returned products makes it ineligible for a refund. Ensure the item is returned in its original condition. Wear includes scratches, hardware cover removal, fabric damage, pet hair, or a dented structure. Your understanding is appreciated 🩵

Please use the original packaging or a box of similar size to prevent crushing during the return. A $20 Restocking Fee applies to all TOTE BAG and CAR SEAT returns.

Please contact to start a return and our team will assist you. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your order. 

Returning Condition

The item(s) should be returned unused, undamaged and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. After your return has been received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email to notify you of the status of your request.

LollyPup LLC reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. 

Return Shipping

Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We do not currently provide return labels and you are welcome to use the carrier of your choice. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by LollyPup LLC. LollyPup LLC takes no responsibility for lost packages. 

Processing time for returns

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been approved and processed. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How to exchange an item 

We offer one complementary exchange up to 14 days of the original purchase, shipping excluded. Please email to start your exchange.
